Species account (old)
Not recorded by Robson or shown as occurring in our [county] in MBGBI, Vol. 1 [...] mines were found on Waldridge Fell (vc 66) on 9-10-1985 from which two moths emerged in 1986. Single specimens arrived in the Chopwell Rothamsted trap on 28-7-1989 and 29-7-1989, and mines were found on birch in Rosa Shafto N. R. on 9-9-1989, but failed to yield imagines.
