Species account (old)
The only record in Robson's Catalogue is by John Gardner, 1912, who found in Upper Teesdale, a probable site as the food plant is cowberry, Vaccinium vitis-idaea So far the only modern record for vc 66 is provided by B. N. Rossiter, who sent TC tenanted sprigs of cowberry from Puddingthorn Moor near the western border in Upper Weardale on 6-5-1991. [...]
