Species account (old)
Not previously known in our [county] although recorded for Cumbria in MBGBI Vol. 2. Specimens were bred by TCD from Waldridge Fell alder in May and June 1987 and one came to light in the trap at Chester-le-Street on 28-8-1988, probably derived from the same source.
