Species account (old)
This is probably the commonest of the three [Ochsenheimeria] species. It was recorded by Sang for Wolsingham and High Force and by Gardner frequently at Crimdon Dene. J. W. H. Harrison noted it at Birtley and Lamesley as plentiful in 1944. TCD took a female on Waldridge Fell in 1960 and another (a male) in West Butsfield Quarry in 1990. M. Eyre found one at Graham's Flat, in N. W. Durham in 1978. [...]
