Species account (old)
Robson judged this to be a local species for which he had only two records. In vc 66 he knew it on the railway bankside at Hartlepool and John Gardner found it on the banks of the River Wear at Chester-le-Street. It is still thriving at the latter locality, coming to the Chester-le-Street Rothamsted trap at irregular intervals since 1952. The last was on 15-7-1991 (TCD). [...]
