Euplexia lucipara
Species account (old)
Robson regarded this species as 'Not by any means common [...] though it occurs occasionally in most places'. [...] In Durham the moth seems to be more common [than Northumberland]. It is taken by all the traps sometimes in quite large numbers, and it appears in all the other lists. It flies from early June to about mid-August, with a shorter flight period at altitude.
