Species account (old)
Not recorded by Robson, and according to the distribution map in MBGBI (I,;p.265) a more westerly distribution would appear to be indicated in northern England. [...] In vc 66 [this] pattern of distribution is found except for a far eastern record for Castle Eden Dene, presumably following its foodplant, birch.
