Species account (old)
Robson included this on a single record from Winch Bridge in Upper Teesdale where it was found in some numbers by Dr. Lees in July 1895. There was no mistake for some of the specimens were sent to Robson himself for confirmation. Since then nothing has been seen of this very local species and we must conclude that it has become extinct in our area.
