Species account (old)
A scarce species in our area. Robson had only two sites, early records by Sang at Seaton Carew (vc 66) [...]. Nowadays only two further sites have been added for vc 66 (both in the Derwent valley) [...] Its relative scarcity in the [...] region is surprising in view of the relative abundance of its foodplant ragwort.
